These Terms of Service (ToS) are intended to define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Totem service (hereinafter "the Service"), published by ABVentures, a French company.

By accessing or using the Service, the user acknowledges having read these ToS and accepts them without reservation.

2. Service access

Access to the Service may require creating a user account.

The user agrees to provide accurate information and not to impersonate a third party.

The Service is provided "as is". ABVentures does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors.

3. Responsible use

The user agrees to:

• use the Service in accordance with the law and these ToS;
• not store or share illegal, defamatory content, or content that violates the rights of others;
• respect the confidentiality of others' data.

ABVentures reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of non-compliance with these terms.

4. Content and ownership

Content generated or saved by the user belongs to them.

Totem acts as a host and claims no rights to this content.

The code, design, and features of the Service are the exclusive property of ABVentures.

5. Liability

The Service is a tool to aid reflection and personal organization.

Information or suggestions generated by AI have no professional or medical advisory value.

ABVentures cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Service.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

For paid subscriptions, billing and cancellation terms are managed via Stripe.

The user can cancel their subscription at any time through their personal account.

No banking data is stored by Totem.

7. Personal data

Data management is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The user acknowledges having read and accepted it.

8. Applicable law

These ToS are subject to French law.

Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of ABVentures' registered office, unless otherwise provided.
