We only collect information necessary for the service to function:

• your personal content (notes, recordings, preferences, AI interactions, etc.);
• minimal technical data to ensure performance and security;
• your contact information if you create an account or interact with the service (email, identifier).

This policy also applies to the Totem webapp, whose purpose is to enable secure and personal management of your content.

Data usage

Your data is used solely to:

• ensure the proper functioning of the service;
• personalize your experience;
• improve the quality and relevance of AI assistants.

Payment and providers

In the case of a paid subscription, payments are processed by Stripe, a GDPR-compliant provider.

No banking data is retained by Totem or ABVentures.

• GDPR compliance.
